Household shifting
Household shifting is our main work, and most of our crew has packed hundreds of Patna homes before yours. We start with a free survey, on a video call or at your door, and list every room, almirah and carton before quoting. On moving day the crew wraps furniture in old-cloth padding, packs cartons by room and labels each one, then loads the truck so nothing shifts in transit. At the other end, we unload, place furniture where you want it and refit beds and tables the same day.

Office relocation
An office move is really many small moves — desks, server racks, files, pantry, reception — happening at once, so we assign one coordinator who walks the floor with you first and plans the sequence. Computers, monitors and files travel in separate, clearly labelled cartons so your IT team can set up fast. Most offices on Boring Road and Fraser Road choose a Sunday or a night slot so the new space is ready before Monday.

Car transportation
Cars travel on a carrier, not driven long distance, so there is no extra mileage or wear when it reaches you. Before loading we walk around the car with you and note every scratch and the odometer reading on a condition report, so there is no dispute at delivery. A closed carrier is available where you want the car shielded from dust and weather on longer routes, at an extra cost.

Bike and scooty transport
Many of our bike bookings are students or working professionals sending a bike ahead to a new city before they join it themselves. We drain excess fuel, wrap the tank, mirrors and body panels in foam and corrugated sheet, and strap it upright in the truck. A bike can travel along with your household goods in the same trip, or on its own as a part load if it is the only thing moving.

Packing and unpacking
If you already have your own transport arranged, or just want the packing done properly, we offer packing as a standalone service. Kitchen crockery, glassware and idols are wrapped piece by piece in paper and bubble wrap before going into a cushioned carton. On request we also unpack at the other end and arrange items back into shelves and cabinets, so you are not living out of boxes for days.

Loading and unloading
Sometimes the packing is already done and what you need is simply hands — for a hostel room, a warehouse pallet or a heavy almirah that will not go down the stairs alone. Our loaders are trained to lift and carry refrigerators, sofas, almirahs and washing machines safely on stairs or in a lift, using straps and padding rather than force, and can work with your own hired truck or ours.

Part load and single items
Not every move fills a truck. A single fridge, a few cartons after a hostel checkout, or a one-room kit all qualify as part load, where your goods share a truck with another booking heading the same direction and you pay only for the space they take. It is slower than a dedicated truck since the vehicle may pick up or drop other loads on the way, but it is the most affordable way to move a small amount a long distance.

Warehousing and storage
Between homes — waiting for a new flat to be ready, or travelling abroad for a few months — your goods can sit in our covered, locked storage rather than a relative's already-full spare room. Items are packed the same way as for a move, inventoried, and kept until you are ready for delivery to your new address, charged by the month.

Transit insurance
Transit insurance is optional and we never add it to a quote without asking, but we recommend it for long inter-state moves or when the goods include electronics, glass or anything hard to replace. You declare the value of what is travelling, we charge a small percentage of that value, and the cover applies against damage, breakage and theft from pickup to delivery.
